Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer, to join our dynamic team at Vive Organics. As we continue to see high growth, we need a true hands-on strategic Financial leader who can provide structure to our Financial processes, models, and strategic vision while working in collaboration with our Executive Team. This position, reporting to the CEO, is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company. This will include the development of a financial strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. The CFO will lead the outsourced Finance team in managing the company’s financial and accounting policies, systems and processes, tax and regulatory requirements, legal matters, HR, IT, insurance, payroll systems, company controls, ongoing financial modeling and the annual business planning process. All efforts will support Vive Organic’s core objectives of maximizing growth & profitability, while enabling and accelerating innovation for the company’s vision.

Directs the supply chain functions of Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, Warehousing and Transportation, so that commercial food facility consistently achieves its target service levels with a minimum investment to inventories and distribution costs. Communicate between the production/manufacturing teams and front office teams proactively for resolving issues related to sourcing, scheduling, logistics, and transportation.

Vive Organic is looking for a Market Development Representative – Coffee Channel to join the Vive Organic team nationally. This person will be responsible for the overall growth of Vive Organic in your territory across the coffee channel. Primary responsibilities will include acquiring new coffee retail accounts and managing and optimizing accounts through retail merchandising and demos. The Market Development Representative will work closely with the founding team and company distributors. The position requires a self-motivated, organized, energetic, creative and ambitious person.
